We are a semi-cured gel nail strip factory in China, running since 2017. If you sell gel nail strips under your own brand, we can produce them for you — printed to your artwork, packed in your boxes, shipped to your warehouse. Custom production starts at 50 pieces per design, 500pcs per order, and you get free samples(not includ shipping cost) before you commit to anything(live video confirmation available). You can send us nice nail art pictures, we do the rest for you.

1. Private label (OEM)
You have designs or artwork ready, or you want to choose from this store. We print your artwork on our semi-cured gel base, apply your logo to the sleeve, box and product. You receive a product that looks and behaves like your own line.

2. Design development (ODM)
You know the look you want but not how to build it. Send a photo, a mood board or a competitor’s strip and our in-house R&D engineers will develop the finish — cat eye, chrome, glitter, marble, thermal, French tip, seasonal art — and send you a physical sample to approve.

3. White label / wholesale
You want to test the category with minimum risk. Our 212 designs are produced to order and leave the factory in about 10 days, with neutral packaging or your own labels applied.

Strip formats: 16, 18, 20 or 24 nails
Every design we print can be cut into four editions. What changes is how many widths go into the box, not the finish. Fewer nails means a shorter size run and a lower unit price; more nails means a wider spread of widths that fits more hands without trimming. All four editions are produced to order; the 24-nail box is the format this store lists by default.

Prices are per box on orders of 500 pieces or more. You can mix editions in one order — just tell us the split per design.
How a custom order runs
Step 1 — Tell us what you need. Send your target look, quantity and market through the contact form. We reply within one business day.
Step 2 — Artwork and mockup. Send a Pantone reference, a photo, or your print-ready file. We return a mockup of the strip and the packaging.
Step 3 — Free samples. We produce and ship physical samples at no charge so you can check the finish, cure time and wear before ordering.
Step 4 — Order and deposit. You approve the sample and confirm quantity, packaging and labelling. Production is scheduled.
Step 5 — Production. Your run goes through printing, UV semi-curing, cutting, quality control and packing. Around 10 days after artwork approval.
Step 6 — Quality control and shipping. Every batch is inspected before it leaves, then shipped to the EU, UK, US or Australia with export documentation handled by us.

What our strips do
Our strips are 60% pre-cured, which means they stay flexible in the box and finish on the nail under any standard UV or LED lamp in about 60 seconds. Wear time is typically 2 to 3 weeks. Each box contains 24 strips in multiple sizes plus a prep pad and a cuticle stick.
