These terms apply to every order you place with OLIVIA NAIL SUPPLY LTD through this website or by email. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by OLIVIA NAIL SUPPLY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17517481. Our registered office is at Office 15929, Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom. We trade online as Semi-Cured; “we” and “us” in these terms mean OLIVIA NAIL SUPPLY LTD. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown on our prices.

Quotations and orders

Prices shown on this website are indicative wholesale unit prices and are exclusive of shipping, duties and taxes. A binding price is confirmed in your written quotation. Orders are confirmed once a deposit has been received.

Minimum order

Online wholesale orders start at 20 pieces per design with a 200-piece minimum per order. Custom production runs start at 50 pieces per design and 500 pieces per order. Every design is made to order, so you can test with a small wholesale order before committing to a custom run.

Artwork and approvals

Where you supply artwork, you confirm that you own or have licensed the rights to it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property. We produce to the sample you approve; approval of the physical sample constitutes acceptance of the specification.

Lead times

Lead times are estimates from the point of artwork approval and deposit receipt. We will tell you promptly if a delay is expected.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, custom production runs are payable by deposit with the balance due before shipment. Sample orders are payable before dispatch.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost sales.

Changes to these terms

No variation of these terms applies unless we confirm it in writing.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are buying as a consumer rather than a business, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a right to cancel. The main points are set out below, with the full procedure in our Returns & Refunds policy.

  • You may cancel within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
  • You must tell us before those 14 days are up, and send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier.
  • You pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not what you ordered.
  • The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. This includes custom-printed and private-label runs, and printed samples of your own artwork.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a business, you and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rule of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom, or the EU or EEA country, where you live.
