Ordering And Production FAQs
Everything buyers usually ask before placing a first order — minimums, samples, lead times, shipping and payment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Online wholesale orders start at 20 pieces per design, with a minimum of 200 pieces per order. Custom runs — your own artwork or private label — start at 50 pieces per design and 500 pieces per order. Every design is produced to order in about 10 days, so you can start small and scale up.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We ship free samples so you can check the finish, cure time and wear on real customers before you order. Just tell us which designs you want to test.
Can I use my own artwork and branding?
Absolutely. We handle OEM and ODM, so we print your artwork on our semi-cured base and pack it in your boxes, labels and barcodes — full private label from the first run.
How long does production take?
All orders are made to order and ship around 10 days after you approve the printed sample.
Which markets do you ship to?
We regularly ship to the EU, UK, US and Australia, and can quote door-to-door delivery or ex-works if you prefer to use your own forwarder.
