Shipping & Delivery

We ship semi-cured gel nail strips worldwide, with regular exports to the EU, the UK, the US and Australia.

Sample orders

Sample orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Samples are free of charge; you only cover the courier cost, and we will quote it before shipping.

Production orders

Every order is produced to order: printing starts once your payment is confirmed, so orders are dispatched around 10 days later. If you need a faster turnaround, contact us before ordering.

Shipping terms

Transit times below are added on top of the production time.

• Door-to-door express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with tracking — typically 3 to 7 business days in transit
• Air freight for larger runs
• Sea freight for full-pallet orders
• Ex-works available if you prefer to use your own forwarder

Duties and taxes

Import duties and local taxes are set by your country and are not included in our prices unless we have explicitly quoted DDP terms. If you need a DDP quote, ask us before ordering. Questions: zoehbb@gmail.com.

Import charges for consumer orders

If you are a consumer buying from outside the United Kingdom, your order is an import. Since July 2021 the EU no longer exempts low-value consignments from VAT, so your parcel may be charged import VAT and a customs handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by your country and are not included in the price you paid us, and we cannot predict or refund them. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the goods value less the outbound shipping cost and any return freight we are charged.
